About us
We are on a mission to help people in need
Mission
The Morgridge Foundation Center stands as a beacon of hope and opportunity for at-risk youth in Scarborough, Ontario, and surrounding communities. Founded on the belief that every young person deserves a chance to thrive, we have dedicated ourselves to creating safe spaces where youth can discover their potential, develop essential life skills, and build the confidence they need to overcome challenges and achieve their dreams.
Vision
“Our approach is rooted in the understanding that meaningful change happens through relationships. We connect young people with mentors who believe in their potential.” Marlon Morgridge

Our Long-Term Vision
Our Vision for the Future
We envision a future where every young person in our community has access to the resources, support, and opportunities they need to reach their full potential. A future where at-risk youth are not defined by their circumstances, but by their character, their achievements, and their contributions to society. Through redemption and resilience, we are building a stronger, more vibrant community for all.

FOUNDER/ COMMUNITY WORKER
The Team Behind the Mission
Mr. Marlon Morgridge is the founder of TMFC. Marlon works in multiple areas involving social work and is a community worker serving under-served communities across the City of Toronto for several years.
” The Morgridge Foundation Center is more than just a resource hub; it’s a testament to the power of transformation. We believe that no story is set in stone, and every young person deserves someone who refuses to give up on them. Our work is rooted in the “Journey of Redemption”—a philosophy that views past challenges not as permanent stains, but as the raw material for future leadership. By providing safe spaces, positive mentorship, and essential life skills, we help at-risk youth rewrite their narratives. Since 2018, we have stood at the front lines of community advocacy, speaking truth to power and building bridges where once there were only gaps. Today, we continue that mission with more urgency and resolve than ever before.”
